Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Refunds:
• You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Exchanges:
• Exchanges are only available for damaged or defective items.
• Items cannot be exchanged due to change of mind.

Process:

2. For refunds, return the item to the provided address.
3. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
4. For damaged items, we will provide an exchange or replacement at no additional cost.

Exceptions:
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
